Order, Payment & Shipment
To purchase products from Rika Emas website, please click on the 'Whatsapp us to order now' in the product page, or click on the whatsapp button found in our webpage to contact us for ordering.
Please state the product number that you wanted to order in the whatsapp chat. If you are unsure about what size is suitable for you, please talk to us in the whatsapp chat and we will provide you guides on measuring the suitable size for you.
To resize the product, kindly inform us before you make your payment and we will send your product to our factory for resizing before shipping it to you.
If you do not use whatsapp, you can email or call us through our phone number to make your order. Please do so during business hours as our staff will respond to you in a tick.
Rika Emas accepts payment through Online Banking Transfer or DuitNow.
We will guide you through the payment process when you are contacting us, however, here is our payment details.

After you have made the payment to us, we will resize your product (if resizing is requested), pack your product into our complimentary jewellery box and safely wrap, then ship your product to your requested location via trusted courier services.

4. City-Link Express
Shipment usually takes 5 business days. If you requested to resize your products, shipment will takes around 10 business days.
A RM10 shipping fee will be charged for each shipment.
